We are putting together an updated email list to start sending updates via email. If you would like to be on that list, please email us at kingsinafrica@yahoo.com and we would love to add you.  As we start traveling we would love to keep you updated as to our where abouts and progress.  Email will be our most efficient means along with trying to keep this blog up to date.  As you can see the “blog up to date” part might be a little more difficult as neither of us has any experience with blogs.  We are learning though.

Thank you for joining us on this journey to Africa to Serve our Lord and Savior.  We have come such a long way and are so close.  Thank you for all your support and prayers in getting us to where we are.

This past year has absolutely flown by.  In February, Joel completed the Airframe portion of his A & P license and is finishing up the Powerplant.  He will be finished with that on August 10. August through September we will be on the road back to Seattle via the East Coast.  For more updates, we just posted a Summer 2012 Prayer Letter under our Newsletter section to the right.  Here are a couple of pictures we received from a friend of ours here in Michigan, Sandy Hansen.
